How to Return Your Order
- Send a photo and video of the crackers to : +91 8434912345 on WhatsApp or email :wecare@crackernation.in.
- If the parcel has been delivered, please return it to our Booking Office in Coimbatore.
Refund Time
Your refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours of cancellation.
Important Information
- Do not accept any parcels that are damaged.
- Our packages are sustained and sanitized.
- We are not responsible for incorrect address or phone number details provided by you.
- If delivery fails once, the parcel will be returned to Sivakasi, and no refund will be issued.
Please Note
- All claims require an unboxing video of the product upon shipment to be considered valid. We strongly advise our customers to record an unboxing video of their Crackernation product upon delivery.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, please email wecare@crackernation.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification, an appropriate solution will be provided.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
