Crackernation - Delivery Setup

Please follow the instructions below for a smooth ordering and delivery experience.

Placing an Order

  1. Enquiry and Quotation
    Could you submit your enquiry through our website? You will receive an automated quote via email, WhatsApp, or message.
  2. Order Confirmation
    Once you confirm the order, provide your delivery location preference. You will receive an email or message with payment details and policies.
  3. Payment
    Make the payment as per the instructions in the email or message. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. For orders above 4999, you also have the option to choose Cash on Delivery (COD). Once your payment is successful, or if you select COD, you will receive a confirmation email or message.

Note: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets are accepted.

Order Processing

  1. Packing and Dispatch
    Your order will be packed and scanned. You will receive a dispatch message once your order is packed.
  2. Transportation
    The parcel will be handed over to our trusted transport service for delivery.

Delivery Options

Note: The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for orders under 4999, provided the parcel is picked up from the Crackernation Booking Office (Coimbatore).

Post-Delivery

  1. Feedback and Follow-Up
    After delivery, we welcome your suggestions and feedback. If the order is not collected, a follow-up message will be sent.
  2. Service Review: A review message will be sent after the delivery is completed.
  3. Thank You Message: A thank you message will be sent as a token of appreciation for your trusted purchase.
